Carolina Foxer OP trapper C Joined: Jun 2008 NC	Also helps with the loose jaw not riding up if the levers were to warp, but his levers are thick enoigh i doubt it would be a problem. Im curious about the change from the k9jr and xtreme style where the pan engages a lug welded on the jaw. He must have a reason but im also wondering about that jaw cut out.

I have much respect for him and have spoke with him several times. Great guy! Just I favor round jawed traps. Robert Waddell once said round jaw traps pay the bills. My preferences too for coyotes. It's a bit overbuilt for my liking on fox, which means the material costs will probably outstrip the benefits. But it looks awesome.
