you know the up side of birds over say cats and dogs

if she decides the fascination is over it is much more socially acceptable to eat the birds than the dogs and cats

You should build or purchase an incubator. You already have quail seeds. You just need to hatch them. There's decent money in selling chicks.

Horses would be much easier to keep if you could just feed them hundred dollar bills straight out of your wallet. That would save a ton of time and work.

With your carpenter skills you'd be better off building her a large porch or deck maybe a sunroom THEN with your leftover scrap lumber a chicken tractor
