Guys, anyone else seeing the stuff popping up, that the massive flooding in Texas was caused by folks tampering with the weather by cloud seeding?

I’m seeing documentation from some folks who say certain information is accessible through the noaa website of extreme cloud seeding in that area.

Some people are already claiming it is because of “ climate change “

For a river to rise 30 feet in a little over a half hour is mind boggling.
I’ve always heard about flash flooding in the southern desert areas,, but nothing quite as extensive as this.

Not finger pointing, or holding a smoking gun with my post,,, just thought provoking.

Stand by your principles, Stand by your guns, and victory complete and permanent is sure at last.

No doubt there will be ignoramuses sending death threats to the local weather forecasters. Never fails.

Was this to blame the previous three or four times this has occurred over the past decades?

It's natural for folks to want answers and some certain thing to blame and many will lash out in anger. All fully understandable and the same as any of us would want to do. But the simple truth is that weather happens and as much as we've advanced in the 21st century we are still subject to the whims of nature.

Agree with Warrior but will also add.....the weather guessers cry wolf just about every time it gets a little bit cloudy and then nothing out of the ordinary happens. Folks get conditioned to this and don't necessarily heed the warnings before something really bad does happen.

Don't know if this contributed to what just happened in Texas but it has in other places.

You're right, every weather encounter becomes the storm of the century, hyped beyond belief,,,so no one believes it...

I didn't see it, but I'm sure the Weather Channel's carnival barker Jim Cantore was all over it.

They have been saying we had rain coming for the last week we got tenth of an inch so far it just started to drizzle a bit that’s it. Been seeing the multi colored maps and warnings but all hype no results.

It definitely does. I very nearly drove into an F5 Tornado in 98 thinking it was just another run of the mill F1 that's gone about as quick as it shows up. The girlfriend now wife told me to sit my butt down and wait it out.

Not just the folks in the path but the entire chain right up to the top. Hurricane Andrew is the one to thank for much tighter building codes as they had been allowed to get really lax and Miami paid for it.

This is a copy paste from Rainmakers web page

"Rainmaker is pioneering a modern precipitation enhancement system. We develop and incorporate radar validation, weather resistant drones, numerical weather modeling, and sustainable cloud seeds into an effective water resource solution."
