Anything besides the following is an infringement, in my opinion.
Sees gun for sale.
Oh, that’s a nice gun.
How much is it?
$500
Ok, here is $500
Thanks.
End of story.

Somewhat surprised so many stay in states with those laws. There are some benefits to being here. The fishing, trapping and hunting are pretty liberal. The whole state isn’t Baltimore. On this side of the bay, we don’t live in fear.

It seems rules creep West from the East gun and hunting wise from my observations. I’ve seen some changes for the better in both but it’s still rare, it’s all about power and control more than anything else.

The anti gun political agenda originates in Dem controlled areas and spreads like a plague from there, whether east or west, north or south. From Ca it has spread to Co as Californians moved to the Denver area. Then there is Illinois, another state that had to be forced by the federal courts to implement a concealed carry permit process. Here in Va anti gun legislation moved forward when the Republicans lost the their majority in the state House of Delegates. We got a ban on private sales without a background check, repeal of primacy of state law (allowing counties and cities to make their own rules), ban on concealed carry on state facilities including highway rest areas, etc. As you said, it is all about power and control more than anything else.

LOL we know the West coast is not the real West and hasn’t been for a long time it’s no different then the East coast even worse in many ways.
