Flat spare ribs with my own dry rub, cooked on the grill four 4.5 hours at 300°.

They got pretty good

My wife made me stuffed duck breasts tonight. ( not wild duck ). Bodacious sweet corn and potatoes ( mashed ) from last year’s garden. Duck gravy and cornbread. Really good meal.

We went full on white trash this evening
Had to much going on to bother with any cooking so we had a frozen pizza, chef's salad and watermelon
