Kevin O'Connor bidens dr pleads the 5th in the house deposition so why won't he answer the questions if he has nothing to hide?

Pleading the fifth tells me all I need to know.

This just clears the way for other guilty parties to now get pinched.

Never understood why if you plead the 5th you aren't immediately subjected to a grand jury investigation.

Nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself . Some people are ready to give up their rights so easy. By the way , I'm a diehard Republican ,but those idiots in Congress knew exactly what they were gonna get , just political BS .

There's a concept of physician-patient privilege and pleading the fifth could be argued as an attempt to preserve that, but I don't buy it.

If it's a matter of physician- patient confidential privilege, you state it as such, you do not plead the 5th which is an amendment to prevent self incrimination.

Easy enough to invoke patient confidentiality.

That said, it's all Kabuki Theater.

It seems the major concern is the auto pen and who was really using it since it looks like Biden's written signature only appeared about 10% of the time. Couple that with his obvious mental and physical decline is the reason for the investigation.
