As much as some things suck, any other version of creation would have been worse. So God's choice was to create this version, knowing from the start that it would cost him much agony. I actually find it comforting to know God still wants us, even knowing beforehand how often we are going to screw up. Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.
