Bob Jameson OP trapper B Joined: Dec 2006 SW Pa	I ordered a DT47 Derringer last week. Looking forward to seeing how it performs. I have a Thompson 45/410 which I use for rabbit hunting. coop trapper C Joined: Dec 2006 De	Yep... about 7 or 8 years... mine is heavy, loud (as expected) doesn't pattern bird shot for crap. It is loaded w/ 2 3" 00 buck and 2' from my pillow... perfect. Last edited by coop; 07/14/25 08:59 PM.

nightlife trapper N Joined: May 2008 Mn	Don’t have that one but have had this for about 40 years or so, if i remember it was just under 50 dollars back in the mid 80s when it was discontinued and liquidated, it’s chambered in 45/410 and the inserts allow it to shoot 22lr and 38 special, for several years it was my backup till the current advent of good quality compact semiauto pistols It has a bit of a bite with 45 colt or 410 but either at bellybutton range is guaranteed to really ruin someone’s day ï¿½Everything in excess!
