Push one spring lever down, there should be a part (keeper) in the base that will hook onto the end of the spring Levert hold it down. Repeat on other spring and then set it like any other coil spring trap. Hopefully the keepers are there, can't tell from your picture. If they are not there it's probably going to be a little harder to set.
