Gang, do yall have a favorite thing to tinker with?
I just like finding old #1 and
1.5 longs and turning them into #11 and #2 longs…
Just something about double spring traps for me.

To me making that #1 into a #11 really does make it twice the trap.

Putting the fur up.

Used to be waxing traps and seeing how they look when dry! Now it’s tanning!

Refurbishing traps bad to good.

I enjoy fine tuning them.

I like setting them and not having to tinker with them at all.

Making my own boards and putting up fur.

Not tinkering, but really enjoy scouting new places and formulating a game plan. Keeping catch
records is fun also.

Portable rub set,,, interesting.

I don't fool with my traps anymore haven't played with the pan tension in years, check the tag , if its ate up or not. Iam looking for a stake I can screw in the ground and unscrew it! I guess thats "tinkering"
