My daughter and grandson took me to the NTA convention yesterday. They don't get up as earl as I do, lol. Consequently it was a little after 11 AM when we got there. I thought they had a pretty good turnout, and by 11 it was already too hot for me, especially with my health woes. I like the tailgate area when I go to a convention so I tried to cover that first. I was disappointed I didn't find much paper and the tailgate section along with the 5 buildings were really spread out. By 1:00 PM I was exhausted. My daughter and grandson were impressed by how many people I knew and it was great to chat with them. After I was exhausted, I found out I could have rented a golf cart, lol. Regardless how one feels about the NTA it was great to spend the day seeing some trapping friends I haven't seen for a few years.

I got myself a seniors' GPS.
Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination,
it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Never made it this year.
I kinda liked how it was all spread out last year. Being there for all 3 days, I’d usually find something new when walking around for the 6th or 7th time…lol

Yesterday wasn't too bad, but Thursday was right warm!

Glad you got to go and visit with friends!

And I enjoyed seeing Jerry clean skin a beaversicle, lol

He was disappointed with the site of the beaver.
Half of it was frozen almost solid so it made the demo not as good as he'd hoped.

It was much more difficult to skin.
