A proud moment. Show your son this , Lee Iacocca's first paycheck as a young engineer from Ford. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/07/full-3135-264133-1000000086.jpg) He climbed the ladder at Ford , then Chrysler . He made much , much more than that first paycheck .

330 trapper is right. But my first pay check went to MOM and 1/4 of each of the rest as long as I lived n the house. Of course that was$56.22 divided by 4 and that was a every two week check. 1956 from Zobels Yatch works, Sea Bright NJ......jk Ps I was rich!!!

Yep. 1st job I had @ $2.00/hr for 40 hr's = $80... $66 clear and $14 for taxes... Base pay for him is $12/hr out in the field, and 7.25/hr on the drive there and back and during lightning stoppage. The bus stops at 2 other towns and they ride about an hour away.
