Speaking of pickling. I just started a big batch of pickled fish Saturday. 4 gal will be ready to add the brine to them on Thursday. Pictures to follow.

I could use some of those peppers to add to my fish brine with the onions and fresh picked Chantrels.

Hot or sweet banana peppers? A 50/50 mix of the two makes great Italian peppers! Easy to do too.

About half are Sweet Banana and half are Hungarian Hot Wax. I had the same thought.
