Stop Thief but it's missing a trigger piece
You should be able to find the name and size on the trap, sometimes it's hard to locate

If it has any stamping it most likely will be on that straight rod near the bottom of the trap.

I’ve seen a fair number of Stop Thief traps and many have not been stamped.
