Leave town for a week or two and ask a neighbor to watch your garden. They will miss the zuchinni every time.

Hah! I found one just about the same size today! Will probably shred it and fry it up like hashbrowns.

You picked it just before it became a watermelon.

Might be a little big but I’d try it if seeds are still a bit soft. I like to set them on the counter for a few days to let them dry before cutting. After slicing, a drying rack in front of fan for a couple hours helps dry them out a bit b4 baking/frying.

I'd eat that.

And it does not take many days in this heat to get them that large!! Last year I had a fungus that killed mine and I got only a couple zucchini. This year I planted 4 hills and that is a mistake! Lots and lots I shread zucs and make my sweet and dill relish which I really like and save the cucs for pickles. I also shred several lbs. and and freeze in quart bags. I use 2 parts zucchini and 1 part whole wheat flour to make my pizza crust and my home made pizza, which I like a lot better than the boughten ones with a lot of salt, oil and gluten.
