Because the police chief is blaming the bars and alcohol for it happening, vowing to hold the bars accountable.

Called polar bear hunting or wilding, happens frequently in some of the larger cities.
I remember that older lady pulled from her car during one of those wildings a few years back in Cincinnati.
She was in her eighties I believe, pulled out of her car and beaten. Terrible!

The real reason is many black people hate white people and that there is little to no punishment if they are caught beating innocent white people. Most of the blacks beating the whites are underage and are encouraged by older blacks that help surround the whites. I arrested a lot of blacks involved in that during the Western Hills riots. I went armed to the teeth. I cleared numerous houses that had been invaded too. I sold several security contracts there during the riots and worked them too. It was fun and exciting. It was also infuriating seeing how little was done to criminal blacks.

The riots stopped when enough whites got mad and personally severely punished misbehaving blacks, with the help of a fair number of black friends of theirs.
