Dint have a huge pot to sanitize them " the right way " so just alayed them in sideways...which, I don't see much of an issue with ,

And took airports advice and got one of these lil electric egg peelers which I gotta say...with the money. Still gotta kinda pre cracked though for it to work right. Which isn't hard just put them in a bowl and shake em a bit

So did 2 cups of water two cups of white vinegar brought that to a boil and we'll...... Just kinda added stuff . Was trying to copy the ramen egg deal I make but the vinegar really harshens it . Anyhow , some pepper corns garlic cloves , honey ,sugar , soy sauce , Tony's , cheese red pepper , salt
Did six eggs each jar and I always seen onions in then so add some of that and poured the brine in hot ...some places swear you got a do it cold soel say hot....idk

Now .... I demand my pay on the back along with telling me I did a good job
