Skin cancer for the second time.

She is very down.
First surgery left a scar that see is still self conscious of.

I told her it is going to be a great facelift ,,,,,,, didn’t go well…..

If she's worried about it, tell her you'll spend some of your moldy money on plastic surgery to hide the scars. You can afford it.
