Completely. The reason I’m asking…..

Back in 2020 I gave this deer a pass. You’ll notice it has a limp and its left antler is straight up.

I have this deer on camera now. Notice the left antler.

Usually injury to.one side rear leg or testicle results in injury to opposite side antler.
Most weird antlers I've seen seem.to.persist year after year

The buck in the video appears to have a right front leg issue that hadn't healed up yet
Does he still have a limp?

No...skeletal injuries will cause the opposite side of his rack to always be deformed/less mass, etc (compared to the other side of his rack.)

Deer are tough critters and recover from all sorts of injuries but it will always leave a scar or mark. They just work around it.

Yep deer are tough, I cut meat at a locker plant in high school.
Seen alot of different injuries of sort, arrows head, horns, peices of tree and barb wire in deer.

We got a 3 legged deer running around in town now, does pretty good to.
It's amazing what they can over come, and still survive.

Let me sugar coat this
