Blue has been grting more popular around here lately. wink

she is just jumping to conclusions right off responding with out thinking about it . We have all done the exact thing at some time. Clearly didn't think about or separate absent ballots vs blanket mail in voting easy to do or assume a poster was referring to one not the other.

also got a touch emotional appearing when talking about owning land and taking it to why not don't let women vote. Adding emotional personal things without seeing the reasoning behind the statement. People with something to loose vs vote more food stamps and benefits. Funny how corporate wellfair and subsidies often get left out of these conversations. But if someone wanted to put some salt in the wound they could use this for an argument as to why women's emotional cpu is why they shouldn't vote. EVEN THOUGH NOT A SINGLE person has side such.

Or we could quit reading into her statements and take it point blank she thinks the system is good to go or doesn't need changed.. Maybe just maybe has not seen or live in a state that mails out ballots to everyone and ballot harvesting in action . Most people don't realize it only takes a few districts in a few states to swing an election. No need for wide spread voter fraud. Over 100% voter turn out in some places when typically it's not 40. Nope nothing odd with that. Our system broken and we are being played. DOGE didn't break the surface but was short lived and little will get done to fix it.

When you start looking into this, here are two good examples of what you can run into.

First one is interesting story out of Detroit. This guy has documented election fraud........and nobody cares. But what is important is HOW the fraud took place. He is a real person......a lot of people they have documented are.......it's just that a vote was cast (vote by mail ballot) in their name.......just not by them. This is just scratching the surface. BTW, on Nov 4th, 2020, in MI, there was a 6 AM vote dump out of Detroit........150,000 votes...........96% of which were for Biden. That was after the fact when they knew how many votes they needed to make up. And they did.

Second story by Newsweek also out of MI as they attempt to address the story about police getting involved after lady was found trying to dump off up to 10,000 fake voter registrations. As one would expect, Newsweek adopts leftist view nothing bad took place, makes all kinds of excuses and pronounces it fake news. What never gets followed up upon, this was eventually referred to FBI.........Biden era FBI.......what took over investigation and promptly buried it. No word on it since.

https://www.newsweek.com/fact-check...er-2020-democratic-election-plot-1820154

Common theme to both stories? Mechanism used for the election fraud was vote by mail.

Easy to vote your way into socialism, but impossible to vote your way out of it.

In person.

I agree with the civics test.

I used to tend to agree on the landowner thing as well, but my thoughts on that have changed. The reason is, because these days especially, a lot of very successful businessmen (and women) choose to live in apartments simply due to where they work. Not too easy to be a landowner in NYC for a young, up and coming investment banker on Wall Street. To own land they would likely need to find a place outside of the city and then deal with a lengthy commute. Much easier to just rent an apartment a block or two from work. I don't think people like that should be denied the right to vote just because they rent instead of own.

I think a better alternative would be denying the vote to those that take part in certain government handouts such as TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, Title 19, etc.

Social Security Disability too. Any welfare.

Fine line, there. Should someone that lost both of their legs in war, such as the guy mentioned in Paul's post, be denied the right to vote if they get SSI???

Proudly banned from the NTA.

Bother me tomorrow. Today I'll buy no sorrows.
