Can't get my lever to move to engage the power take off.i don't use it that often bit as always worked before it's only got a little over 800 original hours on it.havent tried googling anything yet if I can't come with a solution I'll get ahold of the dealer and see what he says.thanks for any help

There's a cross pin (bolt) that secures the upper arm of the rear 3 pt hook up. Sometimes my pin slides over and interupts the pto lever from pulling up and engaging the pto.
I hope this makes sense (?).
If there's no interference on the verticaal pto lever - then I have no idea.
