k snow OP trapper K Joined: Oct 2009 east central WI	Wyoming is controlling the CO wolf population. CO wolf in WY I like how later in the article it says "an unknown number of pups born...." That instills a lot of confidence in population estimates.

Shakeyjake trapper Joined: Jun 2022 Manitoba	4 packs had pups. Last summer a coworker 6 miles from my trapline had a pic of 8 pups and an adult. Those have been sent to auction and there’s at least 2 left that had pups this spring……so I’ll have a few more to get this winter….lol. The these wolves are probably getting the boot or dispersing on their own due to unsustainable territory that’s spoken for by the other packs, and are dying in Wyoming where they have a management plan? I’d say CO probably has a pretty good population of the critters…..lol Cool article, I like the interactive timeline thing. Wind Blew, crap flew, out came the line crew

wytex trapper Joined: Feb 2020 Wyoming	Thankfully Wyoming has a law about sharing info on these kills, Colorado gets nothings from us. We're cutting firewood about 1 mile or so from our border with CO, taking a rifle along with the pistol now, lol.
