Does anyone use one to locate a raccoon/squirrel nest? If so, what make and model are you using? They look pretty handy.

They do make some that can plug into your phone. I didn't like it because my phone cover was too thick and I had to remove it to plug it in.

I'll never buy another flir again. Bought the unit that plugged into the phone. Needed the app on the phone. That's fine, I got plenty of apps.
Then they go and change the software bricking camera I already bought and paid for. Oh, but they'll give me a 10% discount on the new model and I have to ship them my old one.

Yeah, that's a big GFY.

I ended up buying an HF96 from HSF tools. It had good reviews and after some playing around with it, I believe it will do the trick. The spring will tell.
