I went to watch the movie. It OK, never could get into the series.

Stuff like that makes me want to move off the main road in the country here back into the woods farther. In reality if we ever hit WW3 it doesn't matter. end of the day Christ is coming. Till then I'll grow the garden, ca, hunt trap and fish like a lot of you I'll bet.

My "prepping plan" is having the tools to work and provide like it's the 1800's. Gardening hoes and cultivators, shovels, broad axes, handsaws (and tools to maintain and sharpen them) felling axes crosscut saws, a small barn to keep hay and draft animals should I ever need them.

Saw what happened during covid. few days and stores were empty, buying all gas ran out in some spots for a little while. doesn't take much. people hoard petrol and machinery to evacuate but why "bug out" away from everything you've invested in thus far? I'll lock and load and sit tight.
