Our local places are open through bow season and then closed once rifle comes in except for bonus buck hunts on certain weekends. The bonus buck hunts get pretty packed, but there’s always a bunch of deer killed. I mostly kill little bucks, but I have a lot of fun doing it

… when you find them chopped up leaves and broken shells under an oak you know you’re going to see something

How do you like that compared to calibers like 30-30, 308, 357 etc.

I hear you can hand load it all over the place high or low. better than 357 i bet for white tail. can you make 100-150 yard shots like 3030? or is like 357 and best at 100 or less?

I read it a few years ago W’Dawg …. If you’ve listened to his interviews you’ve read the book lol … a little more detail in there though

… from what I gather he was an outlaw … if it hadn’t been for deer poaching he’d have likely been in prison for other crimes… just had that outlaw mindset in an intense way

Where can a feller get the “Prince of Poachers” book without paying $35 smackers? I feel an outlaw will rip me off ordering off his website
