Anyone have one? They look like they could be fun. I know when the atf recently determined them to be legal there were a lot of fake sites for people looking to purchase one. Curious what brand you have experience with and where it was purchased. Also, i am not confident that the atf won't change their mind in the future and consider anyone who has one a felon. So maybe you know a guy with one.

I was shooting my buddies AR this weekend. He has an FRT installed. I didn’t realize until yesterday that they actually come with a new, three-way safety system.

Anyway, it was fun to shoot it in FRT mode. Other than increasing the rate of fire and your rate of fun, I don’t see any real advantages to spending that kind of money on them.

Eh...wot?

I have looked at them, not played with any in person.
the ergonomics of the lever is definitely getting better with the most recent designs.
not sure it is a product I want to spend my money on but I support yalls right to them.

going fast with just my finger wasn't ever really my issue , and yes I have shot dealer sample MGs and it is definitely a giggle switch , but the giggles wore off on me after a while. so it just isn't were my money is going right now.

I have NFA items on my list to go quite first.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I don't have one and don't want one, but I love the idea of these devices who's sole purpose is to thumb their nose at the NFA. (Forced reset triggers, AR "pistols", shockwave not-a-shorguns, etc).

A friend used to have one. Not my cup of tea, but really fun to run when someone else is paying for the ammo. I'll never buy one, or anything AR related really, but it makes me happy that they exist and people can acquire them.

I guess some of y'all are never planning on getting in a serious shootout......You know. Cartels, Russians, terrorists, black suburban driving feds, BLM rioters, other rioters, etc.

I can't wait to get a few.

Not planning on it, but now that you mention it I may see about installing one on my 30-30 in case the Canadians attack.

Do you have a fire support team training and know how to assault and defend communicating effectively? If not well full auto is good for suppressed fire or accuracy by volume. Only hits count and full auto is a lot of missing.

If it's your thing go for it but at least be honest with yourself about your Rambo/survivalist fantasy's. If that happens your better off with aimed fire. Or better yet keeping your head down.

In regards to triggers I have heard the most positive reviews about the supper safty. I have yet to be around one in person.

It's not rocket science, BC. I can walk you through it. Lol

Suppressive fire definitely has its place.

no not really planning on any shoot outs

I can out run the trigger on some guns with just my finger so if needed I can probably manage.

we call them controlled pairs because we work to control the timing so that we get aim once hit twice but it is a timing factor , not to say a FRT might not make it easier but it is a little like using a can opener on your pop top beer does it really need to be that much easier.

like the others I appreciate them just for the thumbing of the nose at the ATF for a bunch of what should have been deemed illegal action put in place in 1934.
