I must admit, took me several trips and a number of charters for the striped marlin. It did take me a total of 14 days offshore spread out over four or five trips - and that day we caught 18. Caught numerous blues and sails there. I know a lot of people catch a stripe on their first trip. But on the reverse side - I have never complained about going to Cabo
