as far as best fast food burger , Hardees is darn good I might have just eaten too many butter burgers , or rather Double Deluxe , it has been a while they are also good probably could insert the name of a mess of WI bars that make a great burger also really good and in it's own class as they don't have beer at culvers or Hardees and they look at you funny when you bring your own sixer in. I think my favorite not made at home burger is Pete's Hamburgers Prairie Du Chien WI , they are not your ordinary burger from a restaurant they are still made they same way they have been for decades at least. https://www.facebook.com/Peteshamburgers/

At one time Hardee’s had the perfect chicken sandwich but they could not leave it alone it got to the point if you went there a month later they changed the chicken sandwich product to something else. At one point they put 2 little chicken strips on a bun and that was the sandwich they offered. Culver’s was right next door so I went there instead.

The Russian McDonald's network that existed here since the early 90's was forced to separate after the beginning of the war and even came up with a few really good new recipes at first, but then something went wrong and now their flagship is this katakana-covered Hello Kitty chicken burger with bright pink mayo sauce and electric pink buns. It's actually edible... for a chicken burger. ![[Linked Image]](https://trapperman.com/forum/attachments/usergals/2025/08/full-50953-267217-1000029990.jpg) LOL that bun is pink, isn't it? Here, Burger King did a whopper on a BLACK bun once. I don't think it was real popular.
Proudly banned from the NTA.

The best chicken sandwich Hardee’s had was an actual real full breast piece then it was cut in half then came “ this is as cheap as we can make it.” LOL

You all are missing out that don't have a B-Bops in your area. Triple with cheese, best burger from any restaurant I've ever had. I have to agree on this one. We had a couple in Cedar Rapids years back and they didn't survive. Would always stop at the Altoona location when attending Heartland Nationals. Just recently got a new one in Cedar Rapids again. Reminds me, been a week since I ate there. Note to self, B-Bops on Friday.

Reminds me of Burger King who once had the best fish sandwich ever. It was called the Whaler. Now, their fish sandwich is gross. I don't like their burgers, they taste like the propane flame they cook them with.

Venison herb burger! I chop up all the different herbs in the garden and mix it with the burger. Then grill. No bun or sauces. I also like onion with burger. Cooked or raw
We rarely go out to eat. When we do it's usually something we don't make at home. Like Korean or Thai What kind of herbs do you use? Trying to get more handy around the kitchen so I can make surprise meal for wife on her Birthday. Figuure it's fair since she cooks every single meal just about lol

Culvers and Runza. Not much better than a mushroom swiss, well, unless you order two of them.
Locally a mom n pop joint called the tumbleweed, served up a half pound mushroom Swiss with steak fries that was perfect after a morning in the goose pit. We quickly decided A-1 sauce was not just for steaks, it was delish on Swiss mushrooms and steak fries!
Wifey and I were just discussing In n Out. Neither of us gets what the uproar is about. What are we missing? You're missing the best and freshest cheeseburger for the money anywhere.....hands down Been that way since 1948 ... The one closest to me , is almost always standing room only , and 40 cars in the drive thru is very common Use to walk up to the original In N Out from grandma's house back in the seventies......was only a drive thru and walk up window in those days
