Are brilliant right now in the eastern sky. In a little while, Mercury will be visible just before sunrise if you have clear skies. Saturn is visible way to the south. All these are visible for the next few nights.

I saw them as the sun was coming up.

Had a fog bank roll in just before sunrise so Mercury wasn't visible. I've only seen it twice in my lifetime of observing the night sky. Orion was visible just before dawn in the southeast. It will be more visible earlier as we go through fall and winter months. Orion the hunter - my favorite constellation, also viewed by ancient peoples.

Orion is one of my favorites too; his belt and sword and Betelgeuse marking his shoulder.

Been watching Venus and Jupiter for about two weeks now. Early morning viewing for me starts about 3a.m. till dawn
