What did it cost to fix that mess? Where can we send in to to help cover the cost of repairs I don’t like giving my info to go fund me. PayPal or a check to whoever’s collecting the funds.

In MO working on food plots now for a few days but I’d like to kick in if I had a place to kick it to.

Thank you for the offer, Jerry, but there is no need for it. It's just the cost of doing business.

I’ve spent money on worse things lol I don’t mind paying in really, I use the shed so Id rather not freeload I get a lot out of this place it’s time to pay back some.

One of the truck forums I’m on it has a donation button and the yearly expense goal $500 . Not suggesting this part but to buy and sell parts you need to feed the kitty I kick in $50 a year I don’t mind doing that here.

Just a suggestion no need for you to bite the bullet all on your own. Just a thought I’m willing to do my part your call.

I am a member of a hunting and fishing forum that is owned and run by a half dozen guys. One of them is an IT Geek (not his profession) and he keeps everything up to date and running smooth. It is also runs completely add free. No pop ups or even banner ads. No collecting and selling info about members. It is not a money making proposition for the owners. These fellas ran the site out of their own pockets for years. We finally convinced them to set up a way for members to donate if they wanted to. Donations are totally voluntary. It is a well run forum and I have met a lot of the members. Have hunted and fished with quite a few members, have bought and sold items in the classifieds and made lifelong friends. Have been to a few funerals over the years too.

There is a core group of us that have gotten together for a weekend for over 20 years. Covid did not even stop us from gathering. My sons are members and we do donate because it is worth it.

I’m sure there’s a down side but I expect nothing back if a guy did he bought in he didn’t chip in then. It’s an investment in the future is what I’m thinking if I need to pony up every 15 years it’s a small investment then.
