Large Black not a Crow

Strange looking feathers.

I had one of that type of bird pop out to the edge of the road last evening when driving home from my daughter's place. About the same size as well. I didn't see any sow birds anywhere near it.

Friend of mines brother feeds the birds, till one of those black birds broke into his shed, ate all the bird seed and trashed the place on the way out, lol
