Anyone ever made it. I think it might made good cornbread. Have a chance at a large patch that didn't get picked.

Sweet corn can't be ground into decent meal due to shrinkage. Sweet Corn is different from dent, flint, and gourdseed corns. Sweet corn puts up sugars not starches. This is also why sweet corn has noticeable poorer germination and establishment than other corns.

People make meal and flour out of much smaller dried grain than sweet corn. Wheat, barley, oats, rye and amaranth are all smaller. I would try grinding and cooking with a small batch and see how it tastes.

Are you pointing out that it would be a gummy grind, instead of a flour grind?
