Broomchaser OP trapper B Joined: May 2010 Missouri	Anyone ever made it. I think it might made good cornbread. Have a chance at a large patch that didn't get picked. Get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US.

warrior trapper Joined: Jan 2007 Georgia	Sweet corn can't be ground into decent meal due to shrinkage. Sweet Corn is different from dent, flint, and gourdseed corns. Sweet corn puts up sugars not starches. This is also why sweet corn has noticeable poorer germination and establishment than other corns.

KeithC trapper K Joined: May 2009 Champaign County, Ohio.	People make meal and flour out of much smaller dried grain than sweet corn. Wheat, barley, oats, rye and amaranth are all smaller. I would try grinding and cooking with a small batch and see how it tastes. Keith
