I catch mostly short tail weasel where I live. In today's market should I leave feet on or off?

I sold weasels whole-frozen.
If you are sending to FHA, I would just pull the front leg part through the feet and trim after boarding.
For the craft trade, leave the feet on all 4 s. If you have the skill, very carefully trim the feet down to the toe bones, ideally removing everything down to the last toe bone.

Just doing what I want now.
