Swamp Wolf OP trapper Joined: Apr 2009 South Ga - Almost Florida	This large caterpillar was on a young slash pine branch last week. It had been eating the sappy green needles. It is the diameter of my index finger and almost as long. I was bush-hogging and this big worm almost hit me in the face....lol. It's camo matches the pine stem. At 60 years old and living in the Deep South all my life I thought I had seen it all in the natural world, but this one has eluded me. My forester buddy has no clue either. Haven't been able to locate an exact specimen on the internet either. Thank God For Your Blessings! Never Half-Arse Anything! Resource Protection Service
