Last yesr in December the beavers had their weather cash and question i got is the beavers was chewing tree half thought and don't come back and finish cutting them down they did that to alot of trees how come they do that

Must be lazy southern beavers...

I have seen that lots of places. I always figured they would be back unless someone or something got em or they got froze in first.

I’ve seen beaver start trees like that along our river. They usually come back and drop them right before freeze up. I always figured they must want to keep the feed as fresh as possible until they sense freeze up is near. Then they can drop and haul a bunch of fresh stuff in a hurry.
