It’s cooler and a little damp today so I’m making a favorite

Such simple ingredients but it all comes together so well. Gotta dig a baguette outta the freezer to go with it!
What are you all having to eat?

I know everyone has their own variations of the dish called goulash... but I don't believe I've ever saw one with sauerkraut in it before. Or a pork butt, for that matter. smile

Proudly banned from the NTA.

Bother me tomorrow. Today I'll buy no sorrows.

This version is considered Transylvanian
My aunt cut the recipe out of a Pittsburgh restaurant magazine a long time ago and I tuck it in my Romanian cookbook for safe keeping but I know it off by heart now

Just had hog ribs here. No BBQ sauce.

I ordered some ribs last night, the waitress asked what kind of sauce I'd like.

My typical reply is "why, aren't your ribs any good"
