Some summer recesses are being delayed until almost the end of June to accommodate all these ' holidays '

Eid al-Adha involves the ritualistic sacrifice of a goat, sheep or cow by slitting it's throat and letting it bleed to death over about 70 seconds. You would think that peta type liberals would have a major problem with this holiday being celebrated by public schools.

My wife is special Ed in a rural school district and she gas been surprised by the number of straight Christian teachers that don't support the leftist albany regime.
Unfortunately it's not like that throughout the state

Yeah, my wife teaches in a rural school here and we are at the mercy of Hochul and her liberal NYC agenda. Our students here still don’t know why they get MLK day off…….

Homeschooling is easier said than done.

That is true. But if you value your kid's education, and don't like the way they're being educated in public schools, then you've got to make a decision about what's most valuable. A parent could complain online about the holidays, or they can do something about it.
