This working every day is getting old! I was too busy at work today for lunch, and now that I'm home I'm too tired for supper. Somehow once I got home and sat for a bit I was still five pounds heavier. Thankfully I'm able to drown my sorrows with a few of these handy 16 oz beverages. Maybe someday I'll figure out the weight issue. Anyway, I hope y'all are having a fine evening.

Good for you Law Dog, I gain weight by simply looking at calories. If gaining weight is the goal, I might suggest increasing your intake of a a premium American lager. If ever I have the chance to meet you, I'd be pleased to provide a few samples, if it happens to agree with you.

That is absolutely correct. As embarrassing as it is to admit, I'm 120 lbs lighter than I used to be.

With the amount of beer I've consumed tonight, I suspect tomorrow's bowel movement will be stupendous.

How about for a few weeks I just was not hungry. decided not to eat unless I got hungry. Worked ok when I was at work but when I went home my wife insisted I eat something since that day it had been well over 24 hrs since I did eat. I basically was only eating about once a day and less than I typically ate in a single meal. dont think my weight changed but didn't check. No beer in at least a year. Then 3 days ago my appetite came back.

Down time is the worse time to not eat not much out there that’s realistic to always eat. Just stopping sugar goes a long ways. My buddy is doing the shots he lost 30lbs his A1C went below 6 but he’s not giving up sugar no matter what but he eats a lot less often so that’s something I guess. I push him to go to natural sweeteners like Stevia and Allulose but he wants to die fat and happy.

A lot of times she I’m working on our building in Canada for a few days I don’t hydrate enough. I get on the scale and appear to have lost 5 pounds. Over the next day or so after working I rehydrate by drinking lots of water, just kind of naturally, I don’t really think about it. Then poof, the 5 pounds are back.

I wish I had that problem.

I gain weight by just breathing I swear. When you get older seems to be harder to keep it off.

Beer is carbs. So of course it puts on weight.
I've been trying to gain weight but would prefer it to be muscle, not fat. I eat almost no carbs but I do drink a lot of raw milk.
