Was just watching one of MFKs calling videos on the stern waiting on a bite and look up and got a dang coyote about 50yd way on the bank trotting up looking all kinds confused and excited he stayed pacing back and forth for a good 2 or three minutes before he took off up the bank guess this is a sign I need to get some of these sounds already

I watch videos on YouTube sometimes, that have my dogs come running over. I bet you could use a cell phone as a caller.

Funny enough one night we where in Houston pushed into a little island that's well known for ah ign a pack of coyotes on it . Well I was talking to the pilot about calling and was showing him a MFK video....well we have a big speaker on top of whe wheelhouse that's connected to hand mic.... Long story short 30sec of MFK had that whole island lit up

Are they free? What are some of the apps? There's a lot of times I don't have a caller with me, but wish I did.

I almost always have a cellphone with me.

Game call company Started by a guy named Torrey cook arguably some of the best hand and diaphragm callers in the country. Guy actually has a pack of wild coyotes he's kinda tamed and he just sits there and like talk to them with coyote vocalizations

And sounds like it was the
perfect time to have shot it with your concealed carry gun. Typically how mine get used. Coyote, groundhog, coon, car hit deer needing put down. ect.

The coyote call in the video made my dogs Thea and Emmy wake up, sit up and ticked them off, like a switch was flicked. The injured coyote sound at the end really ticked them off.

I played it again. This time they woke up and lifted their heads up. Thea put her head back down almost immediately. Emmy kept her head up for the video and then put it back down. They both ate and went out about 45 minutes ago and it's their nap time now.

I have a buddy who once had a recording of his infant son crying on his phone. He was just throwing a fit cause he was being put to bed. We killed quite a few coyotes using the "Crying Cayden". It was kinda eerie , to be honest.

And why in places like California they have had coyotes grab kids on playgrounds. Infact thats what finally got me into removing them. I never saw a reason to kill them theybwere not bothering me . My cousin had me watch a special that had several different coyotes attacking small kids. He knows me well and I started stacking them up. Yes I got played and he got me as a hunting partner I didn't mind. calling them in is fun.

The phone apps are good, just not long range, the phone speaker is the limitation, but for reasonably close range they are a handy feature

I was watching a flick, "The Great Escape", and in one scene the German guard dogs went nuts barking, and my Beagles came blasting into the room all whizzed off and going crazy. I don't know what the guard dogs said, but the hounds didn't like it. LOL
