Since God is all knowing and all seeing. Being omnipotent would mean that He doesn't forget. If that is the case no sin would be forgotten. Since sin cannot be forgiven nor not remembered without the shedding of blood, then how could one get Gods' attention without going thru a mediator for his petitions of any sort?
