I think i saw my first Osprey in person ever. the I 265 Ohio River bridge IN/ KY Line. From a distance I thought it was a large drone police were using to clock people. Saw 3 Chinooks flying over 265 loolp in Indiana 2 days back but they crossed so low and gone fast enough I could not get a picture. my 13 year old got these pictures. I have never seen one of these planes except on tv. Kind of neat i thought theybwere bigger.


It was much lower and closer but took took off before he could get his phone out.

They look a whole lot bigger when you stand next to one.

I used to work at the Navy/Dare Bombing Range and we’d have usually two come in from Cherry Point MCAS for practice on a target called the convoy
Firing 7.62 or 50 cal. Pretty impressive show at night with the tracers. When they fly up the beach they often fly into the Wright Bros. Airstrip for touch and go’s.
They are unbelievably noisy and makes the windows rattle.

Sure hope they've got a lot of the kinks worked out. Flying in them used to be kind of a crap shoot.
