I'm still bothered by this whole mess. This and that young lady that was stabbed on the train in Charlotte. There's just no reason for this nonsense. It's disturbing......these monsters will be here for 20 yrs or so before being delt with This. I'm all for a trial and even appeals. It just shouldn't take 20 years. Should be a speedy trial , speedy appeals, and a speedy execution of the sentence. I guess the lawyers wouldn't make enough money though. lol

That confession will not be admissible in court, it will be recognized as just what it is hearsay !
Court needs a admittance through proper avenues, probably why he is not cooperating with the authorities,
They can wave it around like it's the same thing but it isn't !! Not hearsay, written public record. Same as if you wrote a letter in the old days. Not exactly a confession for record affadavit but most certainly admissible as evidence. Now if there were no hard copy of the post available to be retrieved from the server and you asked a viewer to testify to what he saw in the now missing post you might have a case for hearsay.
