How do you guys secure your spray proof skunk traps down? I think raccoons keep tipping it over.

I don't use those traps, but when coons mess with my skunk size cages, I set coon size cages and get rid of the coon. Of course the risk is getting the skunk in an uncovered larger trap, but the coons will continue to be a PIA if you don't remove it/them.

I T bar stake thru every trap we set. Right thru the wire. That way you only need one T bar per trap set. We use all spring loaded door traps anyways, no gravity door traps except for a few PVC traps that we rarely use.
