Had a Trappers Post magazine completely destroyed a couple wks ago delivered in one of those "We Care" plastic sleeves....Sure they care.....Today a package delivery was marked delivered on the tracking, but wasn't.

Those subsidized posers wouldn't last 20 mins in the real business world.

I think you are giving Fedex too much credit in being unsubsidized and surviving

Fedex seems to screw up packages to my house about 33% of the time.

it used to be 50% of the time then they actually delivered a couple , that my neighbors didn't have to bring over from 2-3 streets over or I had to go looking for.

This is the third day in a row that fedx said we had a package coming. Finally all three did come today.

Seems to be universal....Venting about USPS because that's where I've felt the pain, Lol

Not many care to get it right it seems.

Must have some lousy USPS workers in your overall region or regional hubs that much of your mail goes through, not much of a problem here.

I was a bit po'd this summer when I sent about a 5 lb package down to the greater Houston, TX area. I paid for "Priority" which supposedly is faster than the typical "Ground Advantage".

I mailed on a Monday and they said at the counter it would arrive on Thursday, that alone sort of peeved me off. Then it got adjusted to Friday. And finally on Saturday afternoon the guy got the package. With Ground Advantage it usually just takes only 4 days across the country (or at least it used to). Maybe it was the end location, sort of an industrial address in Houston metro. Maybe they had to wait until the bayou went down to get there ...

Their pricing for parcels doesn't make sense..
I had to send a large flat rate box to colorado and it was 30 bucks, few days later sent a regular box, just a little bigger to Texas ground advantage for 20....about the same distance, about the same weight....????

USPS service is terrible where I live. With the app you can get you know what is suppose to show up in the mail box each day and with a picture. We have many items of mail that never show up. We were suppose to get two checks in the mail last Wednesday haven't showed up. The company is sending new new checks as of today.
I really hate to complain about them but it is really bad and important items come by mail and we can't rely on them one bit. The App is a great thing at least we know what is suppose to coming and is a good check and balance for us.
