6 extra strength Tylenol is the dose to get liver damage , do it a few 6 hours cycles in a row and you get to die in about 14 days. there was a girl in SE WI who in about 2002 OD on Tylenol cough syrup , Tylenol cold and flu pm . she was 14 and taking the adult dose , but was not that heavy. she didn't read that each product she was taking had acetaminophen in it combined doses , she was dead in about 2 weeks , the damaged was done in just a few days , by the time her parents realized there was nothing the doctors could do. I believe the number is around 500 people a year OD on acetaminophen the US https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15239078/it accounts for 56K ER visits and 2600 hospitalizations a year and 700 acute liver failures
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I swear some of these people think the pharmaceutical companies are God and worship them.
Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.

What do you guys use for pain? Motrin here.
Get used to it. Seriously, I don't take pills unless I'm near about dead. I figure between caffeine and nicotine I've got enough drugs on board.

Was referring to pain rather than inconvenience, I hear you though.
I edited while you were quoting. Off topic.

People on blood thinners cannot take NSAIDS (aspirin, Motrin, Aleve, etc.). We can only take Tylenol. Are you pregnant?

Devil's claw did a good job on my shingles pain and as far as I know, doesn't have negative side effects except for possibly stomach irritation. Most pharmaceuticals have herbal equivalents, but do your research. Plants are the original medicines that pharmaceutical drugs were originally derived from, but there's less money in that method of operation.

People on blood thinners cannot take NSAIDS (aspirin, Motrin, Aleve, etc.). We can only take Tylenol. That's true. I'm on Eliquis. In the rare time I need it, I might use Tylenol. I haven't used it in the past 6 months at least. A Coors Light usually takes care of the problem.
