So, I went in the barn today and found this everywhere. Not sure what critter deposited them. Had some chipmunks in the barn in early summer but I am pretty sure I took care of them all so I don't think these are from chipmunks. In the first pic I put a standard earplug next to one of the droppings for size comparison. In the last photo some of them look really fresh...

Thanks!

Look under your yard light for similar droppings it might be toads but pictures have their limitations getting the size figured out. Think game cam if you have one.

Those fresh ones come from Leprechauns.

I tend to think it's rodent droppings. I think you might have some 110s around to set and see if you catch anything.

The first one looks like a toad not sure on the others as stated may be rats. Toads are way bigger that youd think and usally have beatle shells and big legs in them if you look close

Definitely rats. They appear to be roof rat feces. When they have the little tail on the dropping it is usually roof rats. They are great climbers. Check to see if the droppings are found at a higher level or elevation / beams loft etc..

My guess is toads...big ones! You may want to taste them and see if they are really salty!

I don't think it's toads because they were mostly on tables and in the loft. I could be wrong but it doesn't seem like toads would be climbing around on stuff like that.

They are mostly in the loft as well as workbenches

I'll hit 'em with a pile of stuff... traps, guns, poison. With the poison I gotta be careful I don't kill off any Leprechauns though
