Reinforced poly sheeting is my preference.

Get some of the IBC tote bladders and cut plastic sheets out of them. They let the light through well, are much stronger than the plastic sheeting, are very easy to work with and are usually free to $10.00 each, from people who want the metal cages for firewood and other uses.

Both the totes and the white 55 gallon barrels make excellent small greenhouses if you cut off an end and put them over the plants you want to protect. I used them a lot last Fall and Winter.

If you’re looking for a mor rigid product this stuff is pretty strong and somewhat flexible.

Take it the air between works as a insulation deal...would I really need that down here ?

KeithC and Bob, was looking at using rigid stuff but getting it two wrap seems like it would be a pain. Also not sure how is secure it to the panel confused

Wrap the plastic around the hoop and staple lathe or thin strip of wood over it on what ever wood structure you have, get it tight as you can

Large hog rings work great for attaching the plastic sheets together and to the cattle panel frame. Just drill the plastic before putting the rings through.

Maybe not unless you operate in winter too, and it might cut your heating bill in half.

This or instead of rings you can use big headed screws with washers with a wood backer.
