elsmasho82 OP trapper Joined: Jan 2023 Pennsylvania	I really thought those days were behind me. My aunt made me a goodie bag of snacks last week when I drove her to work. Andy Capps Hot Fries, Sour patch kids, and a 100 Grand Candy Bar; which I haven’t had in decades! After lunch I had that candy bar and the NEXT DAY I started breaking out. So I guess my skin is as young as my head and my heart. Wish my back would follow suit!!

I used to think the hippies were looney when they’d talk about all the additives but then I noticed that I get the same reaction if I drink coke. Even the real stuff made with real sugar and water. I’m gunna show my age for sharing an app but dang it’s useful. Scan the barcode of your potential product and it’ll show you what’s in it and potential side effects. Pretty eye opening. OhioBoy trapper Joined: Jan 2012 Ohio	I never really bought the whole eating chocolate thing... but keep it off your fingers... Your face is full of holes that need to breath... when the holes get blocked with trash they plug up and fester... getting chocolate, hair spray, hair gel, makeup anything really on your face plugs those holes. Don't touch your face to plug the holes... wash your face to clean the holes. Wash your hands to keep your hands clean. AND stop touching your face. Hopefully that helps.

I have oily skin and hair and I’m always touching my hair… They’re already healed up! Learned not to pick at em a long time ago lol
