We need to hear cousin Savell's and Blaine County's stats, height, weight, reach, age, record and experience. Cousin Savell says he's 5' 9", but I have my doubts how tall he would be outside of Texas, where everything is bigger.

Blaine County will have home ring advantage in El Reno, Oklahoma. He may or may not have the home crowd support. He's mentioned his 3 sons wrestle, that his daughter does judo and that he goes to all of his daughter's matches and his son's local matches, so he's at least watched some fights.

Cousin Savell has that game rooster attitude. I suspect he's been in some bar brawls. He could probably kick well with his little pointy toed boots. I suspect he wouldn't be adverse to biting and hair pulling if it came down to it.

So far, I would have to put my money on Cousin Savell, but I still need more data.
