Seems everyone has hornets and wasps this summer but I’ve noticed that the last several skunks did not have a tick on them not one? Talked to a guy from Saskatchewan yesterday day and he said the same thing so how wide spread is the lack of them. I was in MO last month that’s a tick factory there they produce every size imaginable they are loaded with them.

It's super dry here in NJ... means no ticks. But I'm sure as soon as we get a little rain, they'll be back out in full force.

Same here. We had them bad this spring, but haven't seen one since.

We've had lots of rain, but haven't seen any since July either. Fall seems to be when the tiny deer ticks start showing up, though.

Here, rain or no rain, they come on in the spring, then very few through summer and then the deer tick nymphs in the fall....
